  Job Description

  We are seeking a talented and innovative XR/AI Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with specific skills in AR/VR/MR technologies. This role involves creating engaging and interactive XR applications that push the boundaries of digital experiences.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AR/VR/MR/AI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest XR/AI industry trends and technologies.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues.
  • Document and maintain software functionality.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Assist each service request received via the internal team or external client request and respond accordingly where necessary.
  • Work with vendors to meet client or internal team expectations and needs.
  • Educate and coach clients on general XR/AI capabilities across supported spaces in the region physically or remotely.
  • Use initiative to further develop and enhance soft skills or technical skills.

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an XR/AI developer or similar role.
  • Fresh graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with Unity 3D, Unreal Engine, Lovable, Codex, Claude or other AI platforms.
  • Familiarity with AR/VR/MR hardware and ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Blender for 3D modeling and animation.
  • Experience with Figma, Canva, Google Workspace, Trello.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus.
  • Portfolio of completed XR projects or relevant interactive works.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication in English, other languages are bonuses.
  • Work Independently and willing to travel. Possess own transportation.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
